OOAK : One of a Kind - Never to be Reproduced! Cabled Wool Cowl Neck Scarf Chunky Neckwarmer - Butter Yellow Cables : Upcycled Recycled Repurposed

What is a cowl? A cowl is an alternative to a scarf. They won't come undone and fall off! My cowls go over your head and can be scrunched down under your chin or pulled up over your nose when the wind picks up. Stylish, warm, and fun.

I've taken yellow wool from a sweater and felted it to soften it up and keep it's shape. You can wear it folded down as shown in the first pictures, or pull it up around your ears and nose as in the last pics.

There are no exposed seams in this cowl, and I used only natural fibers. Wear this trendy and 10x warm cowl as an alternative to a scarf!

Why do I work with natural fibers?
Acrylics and other man made fibers are generally made from the by-products of oil refining. They are NOT renewable. They ARE flammable. I choose to wear naturally warm, naturally renewable fibers that are 100% better quality than those made by man. Wool, Alpaca, Merino, and Cashmere are shorn from the animal each year- no worries about the damage done to our planet during or because of that process! :)

This is NOT machine washable. Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry.

Enjoy my one of kind pieces that come from spur of the moment inspiration and repurposed eco-friendly fabrics and designs.

Thanks for looking! :)
