A "rory unraveled" rag quilt has one side finished and the other side's seams are left exposed to fray. BOTH sides have the same designer fabric making them reversible - no official 'front' or 'back' like traditional quilts. Choose to display the clean, finished side folded at the end of your bed or snuggle with the comfy, raggy side while reading a book - whatever you're in the mood for at that moment!
My throws are large, measuring about 45'' x 65''. Each square is sewn with lightweight, natural cotton batting in the middle and an 'x' across it, which gives them the perfect combination of being thin (in the most fantastic way), yet warm and cozy. All of the corners and edges are double stitched for durability. I'll wash and dry it a couple times to start the 'ragging' process ... each time it will become even softer.
