Dieter The Dragon Year Of The Dragon Ornament Folk Art Decoration

According to the Chinese calendar, 2012 is the Year Of The Dragon and in honour of this auspicious year I have created my Dieter The Dragon ornament! Crafted from painted muslin, Dieter is my own original design and measures about 9" long by 6" tall. His tongue is wired so that you can reposition it between his sharp dragon teeth, but don't worry, he is really a very gentle dragon, just look at those eyes! In Chinese tradition, the dragon usually carries a pearl to represent his magical dragon powers and so I have attached Dieter's 'pearl' to his pip berry collar.
