Gathered, three-tiered vintage ruffle skirt with faux patchwork print of bold, colorful ethnic style graphics. Estimate early 80s handmade. Seamstress tag on inner waist has handwritten XL/34. Heavier twill-like cotton. Unlined. Wide elastic waistband. Fantastic for casual wear with sandals or even as an ethnic/folk dancing skirt. Belt and shirt not included.
