I carved this large two-pronged hair comb from naturally shed elk antler (100 % cruelty free). I cut the uniquely shaped tip section of the antler in half lengthwise to create this comb. This is a thin, lightweight piece that will not weigh down your hairdo. It has some dark and light color variations that range from beige to brown. It is fully coated with clear sealer.
Measures roughly 6 1/2" long and 5" wide (at the widest point)
I create all my pieces without using patterns or guides but rather by following the natural structure of each piece of antler. This, along with the fact that no two antlers are identical, ensures that you receive a truly one-of-a-kind piece of the American prairie!
Note: Antler is a very strong and flexible material but for the longest enjoyment your piece should not be submerged in water. For best hold, style hair in place with a clip or pins then add the comb. It will come gift packaged.
