I think you will be surprised how this tapered shape adds to the comfort of using crochet hooks. Just makes them feel 'friendly', I think.
This one can do the bullion stitch, a stitch that is generally a lot of work unless you have a hook that is friendly to the occupation. Embellishing is something that you don't see too often, it is crocheting an additional border on the edge of a previously made garment.
This is one of top of the day's turning, the first time I have dealt with bullet wood. It will smoothly go through all but the smallest of factory knits. The Bullion function is very nice, and will deal with yarns up through worsted, with no trouble.
I have added only a thin coat of clear finish to this very hard and durable, Bullet wood, to give it a long lasting finish.
