~GETTING STARTED~
Please begin your order at least 4 weeks prior to when you need it in hand. Purchase this listing as your deposit which is later be deducted from the final invoice for your order. Please contact us for a total price quote before beginning.

Each of the designs shown in our gallery can be customized with your choice of colors, fonts, text, and more. If you’ve got a special customization request, let us know and we’ll see if it’s a possibility. After purchasing this deposit listing, we will contact you via email to obtain all of your order details and get started on your digital proof.

~ORDERING~
Upon receiving your deposit and order details, we’ll get started on creating your digital proof and send it to you via email for review within approximately 2-3 days. After receiving your proof, please review it carefully. Check for any typographical errors and promptly submit any revisions you’d like to see.
Once your proof looks exactly how you want it printed and you approve that everything is correct, we’ll send you an invoice for the remainder of your order (minus the deposit). After you have paid for your order in full, no changes can be made. Your order will enter the printing & production phase and ship in about 2 weeks. Pocket fold orders of 100 or more may require a longer processing time. Please check with us before beginning your order if you’re in a rush or need your order in less than 4 weeks.
~POLICIES~
Your deposit payment is non-refundable. A portion of this deposit is used to expedite the order process by allowing us to order any materials needed for your order in advance of your final payment. The remainder of the deposit goes towards compensating for any time spent designing your proofs. Therefore if your proof has been designed and you decide not to proceed with the order, we will retain your deposit as a customization fee to compensate for any time we’ve spent working on your proof.
Due to the nature of personalized stationery, Impress Ink does not accept returns of any kind.
Your order will be printed exactly as is when you approve your proof and make your final payment. Impress Ink is not responsible for any typographical errors that are approved by the buyer. Please proof-read carefully.
