First, I slice the goblets and then melt the slices in a high temp kiln....This flattens them out, strengthens them, takes off the sharp edges and gives them a unique sound!
The 9 dangles hang from a gnarled piece of driftwood. A string of glass beads adorns the center.
This very UNIQUE chime is visually beautiful and has a SWEET TINKLING SOUND in a light breeze. It will look FABULOUS hanging anywhere in your house or in a PROTECTED outdoor area such as a covered porch or lanai.
Glass chimes are not recommended for outdoor use!
