An elegant set of 3 porcelain tea cups and saucers made in Japan in the 40s-50s. Light as feathers, thin and translucent with hand painted pearlescent gold luster wide banding on rims and inside edge of saucers accented with black outlines and black handles. Delicate and lovely with a modern profile.

The saucers are stamped in red "made in Japan" on the bottoms of the saucers. The cups measure 3.75" w, 4.75" w including handle, x 2" h, saucers are 5.25" w. All in beautiful condition with no chips, cracks or crazing.
