The 'Think Different' advertising campaign was launched by Apple Computers in 1997 and part of their campaign included a one-minute TV commercial featuring black-and-white footage of 17 iconic 20th century personalities who have in their own unique way 'changed the world'. The words accompanying the add, "The Crazy Ones", purveys a strong message about not being afraid to think different or be different in a world that relentlessly tries to fit 'square pegs into round holes'.
