It has a c clasp (non locking) on the back with a metal pin stem which is glued to the plastic pin.
It has some flaws, there is a pinkish stain on the green ring which looks like paint perhaps, it does not wash off. Also there are some crevices and notches in the rings which appear to be part of the manufacturing process, where the rings are joined, but the notch or line on the yellow ring may possibly be a hairline crack.
Priced with condition issues taken into account, sold as-is. The pin is 1.5 inches in diameter.
