Downton Abbey inspired me to design this double strand one of a kind necklace. The focal point of this statement necklace is the exquisitely detailed vintage celluloid button with cut steel accents. I have fabricated a sterling silver setting for this button and signed the pendant on the reverse. It took me a long time to find just the right complement to the soft dijon mustard yellow color of the button. These freshwater pearls that I chose are a very neutral off white color which I refer to as oyster white and they hang as shown in the first photo which is so vintage in feel. The shorter of the 2 strands is 18" and the closure is a large sterling toggle clasp which is very easy to use. Wear this necklace to dinner at the Grantham's, a wedding or a boardroom. Or wear it with jeans and a t shirt. Make a style statement!
