Perfect for a unique gift, I have crafted this beautiful miniature diorama out of a teeny jewelry box. I have hand painted the entire scene, from the two kissing birds to the north star in the background. The birds and heart in the star were made out of polymer clay and then hand painted with acrylics; the tree is bent out of gold wire. The outside walls of the box are painted aqua and I have added a red felt heart on the side left (picture 3). The box can stand on its own but I have added a white ribbon to either side with a pink rhinestone so it can be hung as an ornament as well. Signed "NN '12" on back right bottom.

Measurements:
2" high x 1 1/4" wide, 1/2" deep
Materials: upcycled jewelry box, acrylic paint, wire, polymer clay, felt, ribbon, rhinestones

If requested, I could easily make this a custom piece by adding two names in script to the back.
