The Skeletons will stay with you and the Slimes LOVE being cuddled with. but be careful around the Zombies, they tend to nom on you sometimes,.

We are not responsible for explosion of beds with the Creepers, your Enderman teleporting away, Any loss of memory from the Zombies, Slime from you guessed it Slimes, and burying of the Skeleton by your dog.
