Well, not really. But it's gorgeous and a good way to show your Harry Potter pride without donning a complete Hogwarts uniform or having loud, heated debates about which house is the best in the supermarket. And it's fun having others recognize what it is.
Each golden snitch is made from a golden filigree bead, wire, jump rings, 18 inches of thin silver chain and a lobster clasp.
The wings are made from silver plated wire and are bent by hand with little pliers so each golden snitch will be slightly different!
The filigree bead is 20mm and about 3/4 inch wide - the total necklace is about 3 inches across.
The snitches are shipped first class mail in white jewelry boxes. They're tied with embroidery floss and are perfect for gifting!
