I am going to try to show some restraint since I collect midcentury enamelware, but truthfully, if my house were on fire this is one of the things I would grab. So you know I am absolutely right when I say that this is one of the best designs of the 20th century (I haven't seen it in a book yet, but I do say so). Vintage white enamel bowl with red hearts designed by Kaj Franck for Finel Finland.
This is in very good condition with some rim knocks and a little scratching of the hearts and scuffing on the bottom. Useable and displayable.

***A small note about enamelware. Not everyone understands that enamelware is glass on metal and very fragile. That is why so much of it has little condition issues from use. Do not use metal ware with it, do not scrub it with a wire brush. Cook ware should be used watchfully with a low flame. And I wouldn't stack it with my dishes.
