MEASUREMENTS:
SMALL: About 11-12 inches around brim, 3 inches from edge of brim to center top. There are little ties under chin to keep it on and they are about 5 inches long. Braids about 6 inches long.
XSMALL: About 8-9 inches around brim, 1-1/2-2 inches from eyes to top of head,
Measure AROUND dogs head at eye level, going under ears if ears are floppy.
