I've started with tonal greens flourish patterned fabric and added a pocket all around cut from a rich and lovely green and brown polka dot fabric --perfect for holding your pens, pencils, and other miscellaneous items that you like to keep with your planner.
There is a pretty button and ribbon wrap closure (I even added some pretty little glass beads on the ribbons for some additional "snazz factor"). There is a built in bookmark beaded ribbon too--so you can easily find the day you are on.
The planner features nice big daily lined spots so you can keep track of your daily appts.
The planner is removable, so when 2012 is over, you can still use your pretty cover on a new planner for 2013!
It measures approx. 7 1/4" x 4 1/4" closed. It is fully lined and has been interfaced for strength and stability. I make sure and use quality fabrics and double stitch at stress points.
