Full Name
Photo (min. 400px by 400px)
Blood Type (It's okay to guess)
Work Department (ex: Division of Robotics, A.I. Sector, HR, Cryogenics, or create your own)
A clearance level will be selected for you.
No two Employee ID and Badge number combinations are the same.
You can also choose instead to receive the badge of a scientist featured in one of Aperture Audio/Visual's many videos:
Doug Rattmann, Susan Tiemann, Sheriff the Cat, Trix Hunter, Gramb Oley, Peter Brundle, Georgia Brown, Linus Chandler
Each ID is printed on premium card stock at 300DPI and nestled into its plastic protector.
