Mahogany and Button: Lilac Lace on Lavender.
This delicate brooch features a mahogany bezel setting, lovingly hand cut, harking back to the days before laser cutting. The setting has been finished with Danish oil to enhance the natural wood grain. Delicate lilac lace, foraged from my local antique haberdashery, has been laid on a richly harmonious lavender felt. A nickel free pin is attached.

Interior circle: 1" (25 mm) depth 5/32 (4 mm) 2 mm exterior rim.
While this brooch will withstand a light sprinkle when walking through a spring shower it is delicate and will be well protected by being kept dry. You are buying the exact brooch pictured.
