I created the look-at-me Fabulous Felt Primary Colors Necklace by first cutting out the pieces for the circles from printed and colored felt and attaching them to a black felt background with permanent adhesive glue. Then I added a red grosgrain bow, a yellow fabric flower, and rhinestones, also secured with permanent adhesive glue. Finally, I sandwiched yellow grosgrain ribbons between the felt accent and a blank piece of felt, securing everything with more permanent adhesive glue. I've coated the edges of the ribbons with clear nail polish to prevent fraying.
The Fabulous Felt Primary Colors Necklace measures approximately 8" across, with each of the ribbons measuring approximately 20" long.
