One size fits all but if you feel you have a narrower or wider then average please send me a measurement in centimeters or inches of the circumference of your head. Measure all the way around your head starting at the middle of your forehead so the widest part is measured. Also measure the length of your center part starting an inch below your part on your forehead, and measuring back until you are about an inch below where your head curves down (parallel to where you started the measurement on your forehead.)
