HOW TO ORDER
+Visit the Pet Art (http://www.etsy.com/shop/dolangeiman?section_id=11422584) section of our online Etsy shop to review dog breeds completed to date. This section is updated with new breeds as they are created. All breeds are created in a profile silhouette view.
+If you don’t see your breed listed, use this listing to place an order with your custom dog breed. All orders are prepaid.
+In checkout notes, please specify your breed. Then, after completion of the Etsy order, please send a photo of the dog in profile view to info(at)dolangeiman(dot)com. If you don’t have a photo available, please use Google image search to locate an image which most closely resembles your dog (or your gift recipient’s dog) and send via email. Please note any unique physical features of the dog, if desired (ear shape, tail length, etc.)
+Before we cut the silhouette into wood, you’ll receive a simple pencil sketch of the dog shape for approval. We base this sketch on the photo(s) and/or image(s) you provide.
+The wood, paper, and metal materials used in the background are all unique and vary according to our current inventory of rescued supplies. If there is a color or two you’d like included in these materials, please note in the checkout notes and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences.
+Dogs may be personalized with the dog’s name hand-painted within the background materials (see ‘Stanley’ image below). If desired, please note the dog’s name in the checkout notes.
+Please allow 2-3 weeks for production of your very own dog. If you will be gifting the item and need the work to arrive by a specific date, please note in the checkout notes.

For international shipping, if the actual shipping is less than the posted amount we'll refund the difference (less packaging costs) within 24 hours of delivering the work to the carrier.
