jae jean nester no. 705 features a very old wire star basket, a pie plate, a vintage strainer and a small jello mould. all the pieces have been securely fastened together with a steel post, nuts and bolts (all of which are hidden). two vintage industrial wood spools are used for support and balance. the dimensions of this 3-tier nester are 10" wide by 15" tall, perfect for resting on top of a desk, countertop, art table or bathroom vanity. great for displaying a vintage collection or keeping sewing supplies at hand -- the uses are endless!
each of the pieces in this nester has been hand-selected by me at antique malls, flea markets and yard sales. they have been chosen for their vintage loveliness and practicality. since they are old they are chipped, dented, rusted, dinged and worn. each of these flaws simply adds to the vintage charm.
