These shoes are approximately 1 3/4 inches and is available in U.S. women's sizes 5-12 (medium) 6-12 (wide).
Completion/Shipping Time:
These wedding shoes take approximately 5 weeks to complete and ship. During my busy season, orders may take up to 7 weeks. If you have a specific date by which you need the shoes, you must include that information in the comments at the time of purchase.
Rush Orders:
Rush orders may be able to be accommodated for an additional $50 fee. A rush order is any order that is requested earlier than 4 weeks from the date the order is placed. Please contact me if you need to rush your order and I will put up a custom listing for you.
Custom Orders:
I do take custom orders, so please feel free to send me your dream wedding shoe. I work off of pictures of your dress, your flowers, your bridesmaids' dresses to create the perfect pair of shoes for your wedding. These shoes can be done in any color, including dyeing to match a swatch.
Design Changes:
If your design has original elements (i.e. not as pictured, disegarding color changes), I will send you pictures of your shoes before they ship so that I can make minor modifications. If you have a substantial change that causes the design to be different than originally discussed, I do have a 15% redesign fee.
Try Before You Buy:
If you are concerned about the fit of your shoes, please ask me about my “try before you buy” option. Shoes may be purchased in your size and shipped directly to you. They will arrive unadorned and in white. The cost of this service is $36.00 (per pair) fee and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the shoes to Design Your Pedestal for completion of the custom order. If you complete the purchase of your shoes, 50% of the $36.00 per pair cost will be credited to your purchase. You will not be credited for the shipping costs to Design Your Pedestal. If you do not purchase the custom design for your shoes, or you select a different size, the $36.00 will be non-refundable. Please note that the try on option will add approximately 1 week to the production time of your shoes.
Shoe Care:
As with all satin shoes you should take care not to get them wet. Dyeable satin shoes are not colorfast. With dark dye colors (such as blue, purple and red) you may experience some "rub" on your feet when you first wear the shoes. This is normal and will rinse off with some soap and water. I do recommend spraying your custom wedding shoes with several light coats of a water resistant spray, such as a Scotchguard, which is available at most grocery stores, hardware stores, Target and Walmart.
Return Policy:
All of my items are custom made to your specifications. As a result, I do NOT accept cancellations, exchanges or returns of orders. If you are concerned about the fit of your shoes, I recommend participating in my “try before you buy” option (see above).
