This is, if not Miss Priss by Lefton, then a very good imitation - the colors and face are identical, though there are some differences in the hair and the hat.
This is made of a white china, with the face hand painted on the front.

★Condition: Good - some chipping around the spout, a 1/8" chip on the bottom stand, a 1/4" chip on the side of the cat's face, and a tiny chip in the lid. There are also some "bites" which I believe are original to the glaze.
