The image is of a very young Princess - destined to
be crowned queen Elizabteth 1st in January 1559.
The pretty dyed cotton is speckled - like a garden
washed with ruby light, so I added flowers and faded
butterflies over the image as symbols of youth.
Delicate pieces of antique lace c1890 top and tail the
cotton image to add a royal touch and detailed seed beads
in deep pomegranate and champagne shades decorate
each side in fringe and loops.
Further seed beads are sewn at the ends of the
material in a pretty fringe and rosebuds.
The image is padded and backed with flowery fabric.
It can be wrapped around the wrist and adjusted
as you like - then tied.
(would also look pretty around the neck.)
This listing is for one wrist wrap.
