an amazing vintage skirt, dark blue fine wale corduroy, made by Wrangler. it buttons up the front, there are two front hip pockets and belt loops as well. (belt in photos is not included.) the material is cotton, the tag reads vintage size "Junior size 9" it fits a modern 25" waist. in excellent amazing condition!
