Be still my vintage-loving heart! This mid-century modern novelty print is so to-die-for that I immediately looked at the selvedge to see if there was an attribution, which there is: Masterpiece Prints © 1953 Original Artists Design "Pastimes." The fabric is pink cotton, and the white, black, golden yellow, light blue and spring green print artfully depicts various game pieces: Chess, jumping jacks, dice, dominoes, checkers, kings and queens from a deck of cards and backgammon. The skirt is full, falling from knife pleats all around. There is a side metal zipper and button at the waist.
Please note: I showed the skirt over a crinoline for fullness, and that is not included with the skirt.
Condition: Very good. I found a couple of really insignificant marks on the skirts, and it is slightly faded overall.
Size: Small, about a US size 4
Waist-25.5" (I believe the button was moved and the original was about 25"
Hip-full
Length-28.75"
Please note: I measure the dimension of the item itself, and you will need to consider what size you would want the item to be to fit well on you.
