Beautiful Victorian Clothes Brush used to brush clothes clean. They didn't have washing machines so wore their clothes a few time or more before washing. Marked "Sterling" above engraved initials "E.A.M." These dresser brushs have a thick skin of sterling hammered onto a wood base. Horse hair bristles that I've cleaned and no odors. That the problem with horse hair, it absorbs odor.
2 inche wide, 7 inches long, 1 3/4 inches deep with bristles, without bristles the silver is 3 /8 inches deep.
