PRINTING PROCESS
All prints are professionally printed using high quality inks, archival quality paper (Epson, Canon brands and pre-scored cardstock)
I design, print, cut, fold and pack all items at home and with my own hands. No outside printing service used for these.
SHIPPING
All items are shipped between two cardboard pieces so that they arrive to you as safely as possible.
(I spend a little extra on shipping materials to make sure your item is perfect when you get it)
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your item, please let me know. I strive to improve quality as often as possible and enjoy working with a seller to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Damaged items are always replaced free of charge.
CUSTOM ORDERS
I love working on custom orders. If you have an idea for a card or print, please message me and we will work together to make it happen.
Also, all prints/cards can be altered in color, sizes, etc. to meet your specific requirements. I have included a color chart in some of my listings for reference. If you don’t see it, I can send you a convo with one attached.
