i'm deep in the throes of mountain winter here on firefly road, and am inspired to create new jewelry in the natural winter colors of cream, sepia, white, and grey. all manner of trims and trinkets from my studio collection have been incorporated - this one features antique lace and tatting, an antique bone corset button, one of my cast sterling buttons from my studio collection, and an incredibly iridescent antique mother of pearl shank button; the trimmings are wrapped around a heavy steel wire, wrapped again with sterling wire, which is threaded with many faceted sterling beads in various sizes; a silverplate watch fob clasp and a sterling bit of heavy chain allow for adjustment in size; dangling from the end in charm fashion is the shank button. one of my heavy PMC precious metal clay "ID" pieces - stamped with the word "intuition" - is sewn to the front of the bracelet. this piece looks very dear on its own, or stacked with other bracelets from this new series (see the last photo for how they look as a collection; photo is for display only - this listing is for one bracelet).
