This dress has three parts:
One: The tutu dress with ribbon straps that tie over the shoulders or behind the neck.
Two: A *stretchy waistband that is not sewn on, so you can adjust it to wherever it looks and feels the best on your little one. It can also be removed completely so the dress can be worn as a skirt when you child gets taller.
Three: A flower clip OR sash to tie over the stretchy waistband to create a gorgeous bow in back or front. (You may choose a flower clip OR a sash according to your preference).
* Unlike most other tutu dresses, this is a sewn elastic and satin ribbon waistband, not just a piece of ribbon tied around the waist. The benefit of this is that it creates a smooth and snug empire waist bodice unlike when you use just a piece of ribbon and the bodice is just a big poof.
