Small etched gold colored scissors. Marked USA on both sides. Made of gold toned metal, possibly brass. Charming little piece with lots of detail! Shows age with tarnishing and scuffs.
Condition:
Some scratches and tarnishing from use.
Overall they do show age.
Circa: 1930's / 1940's
Measures: 3.5" L x handles 1 3/4" W
