Vintage card catalog by Remington Rand. The cabinet is maple and features 12 drawers with the original brass hardware. It is a stand alone unit and finished on all sides. Not too large... really just the perfect size for storage in the office or home.
In good vintage condition. All drawers slide out smoothly. The metal dividers inside the drawers are all functioning and slide easily when released. The rods are mismatched and many are loose. One rod is missing (bottom left drawer). The brass label pull hardware is original, deeply patinaed, and just gorgeous. One drawer front has a split across the face, but appears to have been solidly repaired (2nd from the bottom on the right). The bottom right drawer is oak, but a fairly close match color wise. Minor separation to the top right corner (see photo #4). Scratches to the back side, as well as some general marks and mars to the wood consistent with the age and use of the piece... after all, it was in a library for many years.
