Important FAQ's about the proofing process:
- The proofing process is the most time important part of the invitation ordering process.
- Spell check is NOT always reliable. Proper names and places are exceptionally tricky.
- Please proofread your proof copies carefully.
- Examine SPELLING, TIMES, DATE AND DAY, NAMES, AND LOCATION SPELLING, possible omissions, etc., before you approve your proof.
- Any reprints or materials that need to be replaced for re-print due to errors made on the final product once the proof has been approved will be the financially responsible of buyer.
- We CANNOT be responsible for any errors that have been inadvertently overlooked.
______________________PROOFS REVISIONS_________________________
- You will be entitled to two rounds of revisions.
- Any additional rounds are an additional $10.00.
- If it is our mistake there will not be a revision charge.
- Once final proof is approved remaining balance will be due prior to production.

__________________TURNAROUND TIME______________________________
- Due to the intricate nature of our invitations our turnaround time is typically between 2 to 3 months.
- Please order early to avoid any rush fees.

-Orders needed within a GUARANTEED 6 weeks or less are considered rush jobs.
- We do not accept orders that are needed within less then 4 weeks.
A 15% rush order fee is applied to all wedding invitation orders needed within a GUARANTEED 6 weeks.
A 25% rush order fee is applied to all wedding invitation orders needed within 4 weeks.
