Sweet as can be vintage 1970's day dress in a rich navy blue with a flared wrap style skirt, an elastic waist for the perfect fit, a flattering wrap top, and a print of multicolored stripes.
Made of a very lightweight and comfortable cotton blend. Would best fit a small-medium.
