Is there anything more beautiful than the sound of a cello? My little musician meerkats are proud of their versatility, they can play almost any instrument...just as soon as I've knitted it!
I've wired the arms into position, but if you're more knowledgeable than I am you can reposition them quite easily. The cello is not sewn into place but rests naturally on the foot spike and against the player. The bow is sewn on the right paw. If your cellist is left handed I can reposition for you.
Cellists of course sit down, so I've given the meercat a little wooden block to sit on.
Knit to order: Final photo shows just a few of the other musical meerkats I have knitted, but I am prepared to tackle any instrument!
