TIME TO SEW:
A weekend project of a few hours.
DIFFICULTY LEVEL:
EASY. This pattern is easy to follow and is suitable for the beginner sewer.
FABRIC CHOICE:
Most any fabric can be used to make this little canine friend. I have sewed him using wool suiting and medium weight cotton fabric. Light to medium weight corduroy, denim or linen are suitable fabrics too, but really he can be made from any mix of fabric scraps that you have on hand. Safety eyes or buttons may be used instead of fabric eyes, however, make sure your fabrics and embellishments are baby safe if the soft toy is for a younger child.
FINISHED DIMENSIONS:
Approximately measures 19½” (49.5 cm) in length and 16½” (41.9 cm) with arms outstretched.
