Research on the mark produced the following information from www.thepotteries.org
19th Century, English. By Sampson Bridgwood & Son, founded in 1853 to present day (although Bridgewood ceased to be involved as early as 1879). Logo shows an Anchor in Oval and SB & Son. In about 1853 Sampson Bridgwood took the Anchor Pottery at Longton.
The plate has some minor age wear in the coloring and one edge has a rough spot. Overall, very good condition for its age.
