♥ classic 1960s sailor collar dress in navy blue with cream ties at center front, large sailor collar and bracelet length sleeves with double banded piping at two-button cuffs. darts at bust and body lined in acetate with unlined sleeves. slight a-line silhouette with back zipper closure. made of what feels like a rayon, acetate.
