One of my favorite skirts, in fact, I have kept a few for myself!!!! Can be worn alone or over dancin' pantz or long skirts. Made from several different fabrics= mainly black and gray burnout velvet on top with 3 rows of ruffles on the bottom with long dangles on the sides! Heads up, this is a see-thru skirt- meant to be worn OVER pants, capris, skirts, or leggings! .
