My 100% Wool Dryer Balls are naturally colored with no dyes added. They will also decrease static cling as well as fluff up clothing without using a conventional dryer sheet that is full of harmful chemicals plus they are 100% reusable and very durable! ! These balls are made of roving and sometimes have a string of yarn felted to them but there is no way the wool is going to come apart after being felted! The more you use the better your results therefore, it is recommended that people use 4 for small loads and 6+ for large loads to optimize drying time and benefits. Sometimes for huge loads of towels I use 12+. Wool dryer balls are so easy to use. Simply leave them in the dryer and use them with every load. These dryer balls range in circumference of 8-9", about the size of a tennis ball.
How do they work? The dryer balls circulate and separate the clothing and get the warm dry air right down to the core of the laundry load! The more you add to your dryer, the faster the drying time, softer softness and money saved. They speed up the drying time and soften up by gentle friction of the felted wool fibers against your clothing fibers. Not only do they save money by lessening your drying time, you also will not have to purchase store bought, chemical-filled fabric softeners or dryer sheets.
Why roving instead of yarn:
Roving absorbs more than yarn and is much quieter in the dryer!
Are they cloth diaper safe?
Yes! And the are a MUST HAVE to get those diapers dry faster!
What color will they be?
I do not dye my wool so they will be whatever the color the sheep was!! Most of mine are white but occasionally we will have a gray or brown fleece from a few sheep!:)
How long will they last?
People have used their dryer balls for 8+ years. They may shrink over time as the wool continues to felt but still are completely functional.
When my dryer balls pill is that bad?
No, it is completely normal and may actually help create more surface area to gently rub your clothing but if it bothers you, you can always cut it off!
Make sure you do not over dry your clothes because if you do the wool can actually create a charge.
How are these any better than the plastic (PVC) ones that I got from my local superstore?
They are VERY different actually! The conventional plastic ones you see on TV and in your local store are made from plastic and when heated can emit harmful smells that can irritate the lungs. They also do not speed up your drying time as my 100% wool dryer balls do. My wool dryer balls are also much quieter! Plastic dryer balls can also rip and tear some more delicate clothing as my dryer balls do not.
I cloth diaper and they are a MUST HAVE to get those diapers dry faster and perfectly safe for cloth diapers!
Here are a few of the many comments my highly satisfied customers have made about the EXTRA LARGE dryer balls:

“These dryer balls work amazingly! I love the fact that I do not have to use chemicals to get my clothes to smell clean and feel soft! I have the lemon and lavender scents and love it!”
Thank you so much! I love your dryer balls. My sons eczema is clearing up but we did change a few other things besides removing dryer sheets from our house. So I can't say they were the cure but they helped for sure. Thanks again.
