What a cute little birdie, sitting on a branch. I made the branch out of sterling silver. I made a little speckled bird in ivory and blue-green frit to sit on top and a coordinating leaf that dangles underneath. This necklace hangs on a beautiful hand dyed silk ribbon made by a wonderful etsian, Jamnglass. You can see more of her work at http://www.jamnglass.etsy.com The pendant measures about 2 inches wide by 2 inches long.

The glass I use is Effetre, Vetrofond, ASK104, CIM, Lauscha or Double Helix. All lampwork beads are hand made by me, Christi Klein, in my home studio. They are cleaned and properly annealed in a digital kiln for durability and strength. The beads are designed and lampworked by me. It comes in a nice organza bag.
