Steampunk USB drive with Kalocsai motives and garnet cabochon, 4 GB

A crossover of Hungarian folk art and steampunk. The body is a patinated brass tube and an etched flowerhead. The front is embellished with an etched brass sheet decorated with rich floral ornaments from the Hungarian "Kalocsai" tradition. These patterns were used mainly on clothing and furniture.

The brass sheet also holds the garnet cabochon over the LED. The gem lights up when the drive is in use.

Plugs are hardwood that were scorched and wirebrushed to expose the grains. Connector seals are soldered onto the tube.

Brass surfaces are sealed with carnauba wax to preserve colors and patina.

Contains a 4 GB Emtec drive.
