ALLIHALLA Garter Shorts are a modern reinvention of the classic belt, they combine the sexy tease of thigh high socks or stockings with the practical decency of little shorts. A great way to show off your favorite stockings without also showing off your unmentionables!
Usually I make my garter shorts out of entirely Nylon Tricot Spandex, which is a bouncy sleek material with great stretch and durability. For the Velvet version, I still use the regular Spandex for the waistband and trim, but the body of the shorts is substituted with this great stretch crushed black velvet.
These VELVET garter shorts are a Limited Edition product! When I run out of this fabric I'm not sure When/If I'll be getting any more of it, so if you must have these, don't wait!
This listing is for a one pair of Black Crushed Velvet Garter Shorts in the size of your choice, Small (2/4/6) Medium (8/10) Large (12/14/16) Extra Large (18/20). This fabric is pretty stretchy though (and preferable when tight), that if you're between sizes, I'd recommend ordering the smaller. If you're not sure which size will fit you best, simply message me and I can recommend which is right or make them in a custom size!
On garter shorts the rise is not quite as high as my Bike Shorts (http://www.etsy.com/listing/70886207/shiny-spandex-bike-shorts-made-to-order) but a few inches lower. They generally come up to just above your hipbones or just to your belly button, depending on torso length. If you want to specify a higher or lower rise, just leave me a note at the end of checkout along with your size.
Looking for another color? I also make these in Black and White Spandex (http://www.etsy.com/listing/86347681/black-and-white-garter-shorts), Solid Black Spandex (http://www.etsy.com/listing/88941502/black-garter-shorts), and Solid White Spandex (http://www.etsy.com/listing/86346700/white-garter-shorts). If you want a black or white with a color trim, message me to see what colors I have available at the moment!
