A lovely Marie Antoinette doll for Valentine's Day, or actually any day..This PieCake Primitives doll measures about 12"(30.5 cm) from the top of her hair..she measures about 14" to the hem of her skirt. She is made from painted and grunged muslin.
Marie has roving wool hair, hand painted eyes and lips, and a needle stitched nose. Her hair has been decorated with some hand made flowers, pearls, and lace.
Her body is hand painted, and her skirt is made from a pretty floral print fabric. She holds a cone made from card stock and song book pages, and it is filled with some Spanish moss, rose hips, and Sweet Annie.
You can seat this Marie Antoinette doll on a Primitive shelf or table with some other romantic goodies...or maybe hang her on a cupboard door or your year-round tree. She will be a whimsical and unique addition to your Primitive Valentine Folk Art Doll collection!
