The idea of a tree full of Barbie arms happened shortly after I found my old barbies in the attic. The wood is a found piece from the beach completly smoothen by the waves of the sea and has something soft like skin. The arms reminded me of praying and as it is a tree a Rain Prayer Tree was born.
The tree is securely mounted on a heavy piece of metal which was also found on the beach. Except for some hot glue all pieces are upcycled or recycled, how cool is that?!
The tree stands strongly and can't be knocked over (the metal is heavy), would be a great center piece on a table, and will definetly catch alot of attention by your visitors.
