The sheer part of the skirt has some snags and pin holes but this is not noticeable when worn. The back seam is starting to come undone in the middle, an easy fix. Very clean with no stains. The fabric is nylon or something very similar.
It's not perfect, but if you don't care about some minor wonkiness it's an absolutely beautiful dress, with some gorgeous smocking on the bust.
Bust: About 34 inches max.
Waist: Can stretch up to about 28 inches, but will also fit a much smaller waist.
Waist to hem: 20 inches.
