This is a made in USA American Apparel Tri-Blend Long sleeve pullover top in Athletic Gray, Ladies size Medium. This top has a loose, oversized, slouchy fit and sits at the hip.
(This fabric is of a medium weight knit and is stretchy and drapey. It is much lighter than fleece.)

For best results, launder inside out in cold water and dry flat.
